This accessibility statement applies to the Norstatpanel website and app, the surveys conducted by us, the Norstat.co website and our client portal MyNorstat.
At Norstatpanel, we are committed to making our websites and surveys accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. We strive to provide a positive online experience for all website users and survey respondents, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our sites and surveys.
We believe that accessibility is a fundamental aspect of digital inclusion. Our goal is to ensure that all users, including those with disabilities, can access and navigate our website and surveys effectively. While in general we strive to make our websites and surveys accessible to as many users as possible, there are some surveys that cannot be made accessible to everyone. For example, in some surveys the purpose of the survey is to understand how visual or auditory stimuli (e.g. posters or billboards outside or online video advertising, radio ads or music) are perceived by the user. In such cases, people that have not had the chance to interact with the stimulus directly are not in any case part of the target demographic for the study, and we are not able to make those studies accessible to people who are not able to access the subject matter being studied, without altering the fundamental nature of the study.
Apart from the above exception, all surveys programmed by Norstatpanel should in general be accessible to everyone. We use Forsta as a survey platform provider, and their data collection tools conform to WCAG 2.1.
Some surveys offered to the Norstatpanel are not programmed by Norstatpanel, but by our clients. We encourage all clients to ensure that the surveys they program are accessible for all. There may, however, be examples of clients using survey engines that are not universally accessible.
We will clearly mark surveys that are universally accessible as such on the survey cards in the Norstatpanel page and app.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continually improving our website. We regularly review and update our site to address accessibility issues and incorporate new technologies and best practices.
