WEFOREST is an organization that works to combat global warming and its dramatic effects, by empowering communities to sustainably advance and implement innovative, high standard, scalable and lasting solutions to restore forest landscapes.

Reforestation projects run by WEFOREST are knowledge-based and sustainable, and work by involving the people closest to the project. Plant nurseries and replanting projects create employment opportunities as well as using science and knowledge of the local environment to recreate forests.

Norstatpanel cooperates with WEFOREST as to give our members the opportunity to contribute to reforestation projects around the world.
